| Keeping your information up to date is a snap. To succeed, you need to keep track of everything you do, every day. The easiest way to help you do this is to make updating your daily log as simple as possible. Simply press <Log Entry> from any of the main screens to edit today's log. Tap or use up/down/left/right to change the values and you're done. Need to record the exercise you've done? Simple! The goal values displayed at the right change color depending on how you're doing towards achieving that goal for the day. |

| Quickly track your exercise and activity Quickly select an activity from your own customized activity list. Enter only the information that's important to you. For example, if you're running on the treadmill or exercise bike that has a calorie count readout, you can enter that in, if not, that's OK too! You track only what's most important to you to help you stay motivated. |

| Summary - Size Whether you keep track of your size by waist size, dress size, number of holes in your belt, iFitOne will show you what you've accomplished and help keep you motivated to succeed! Me? I go by the size of jeans I fit into. Maybe not the most accurate measurement, but it works for me. It's all about what you're most comfortable with for tracking your results. |

| Summary - Daily Goals Just how well are you doing with your daily goals? The daily goals summary will show you, on average, how you've been doing with your dietary goals. Include as many goals as you wish and iFitOne will keep track of the details for you. |

| iFitOne won't let you forget! Choose up to three times daily that you would like to be reminded to update your daily record. These reminder appointments will be entered into your calendar so that you'll see the reminders on both your mobile device and desktop/web calendar (if you're synchronizing to another calendar application) |

| Add and customize your own daily goals iFitOne makes it simple to create your own dietary goals. Choose whether the goal is a "have at least" or "limit to" type goal. Examples: You might want to have at least 8 glasses of water a day, the "8+" shown here indicates that it's a goal that you want to reach every day. If you're trying to cut back on Coffee, set a "limit to" goal, of say 2 cups. A "2-" shown in the goals screen lets you know that you want to have no more than 2 cups of coffee a day. |

| Send support requests from within iFitOne We've made it easy to submit a support request right from within iFitOne. Simply go to the Options > All Options > About screen, then use Menu > Contact Support. To speed responses to you and help us replicate your issue, your iFitOne option settings and device configuration information are included in the email. What this means to you is a faster response to your questions and more likely we can address your issue on the first response. |
