iFitOne provides the ability to install a sample set of data so you can quickly get a feel of how iFitOne will work for you. Trying out the sample data will also help you quickly see how the weight/size chart will look as well as the month view and the summary screens. You can just as easily remove all of the sample data.
Note: This is best done before you enter any of your daily log information as the sample data setup requires that all of your current data be deleted.
Let's get started!
1. If you haven't yet installed iFitOne, download and install it now
2. Start iFitOne and enter your weight loss goals into your profile. The starting and ending weight and size you supply will be used when the sample data is created.
What 'size' should you enter? You may enter current/goal sizes for your waist, pants size or any other measurement that you would like to use to track your progress. My personal preference is to go by the size of my jeans. It is an accurate measurement? Perhaps not, but it's worked for me and I don't need to physically measure myself with a measuring tape. Choose a method that's convenient and one you'll stick to.
Press OK/Done when you've finished updating the profile.

3. Go to the iFitOne Options screen. From any main screen, use Menu > Options.
Select "Install Sample Data". If this option does not appear, it means that you currently have your own daily information logged and will need to delete it first. Use "Delete All Data" to remove all of your daily logs. After deleting all data, you may need to press OK/Done on this screen, then return to Options to see the "Install Sample Data" command.

4. Confirm that you would like to install the sample daily entries.

5. You'll see an additional confirmation that all current daily entries will be removed before installing the sample data. Confirm to continue.

6. This prompt alerts you to the fact that your profile dates will be adjusted to cover a span of 90 days. The start date will be set to a date approximately 90 days before today's date.

7. We're done. All of the sample daily entries have been created and you can now see how iFitOne looks with this sample set of data!

8. Results! Here you can see the sample data in the chart and month views displaying weight and size progress.
These views give you a great instant overview of how you've been doing towards achieving your goals and, along with the iFitOne daily reminders will help you stay motivated each and every day to help you succeed!
The Summary pages (see below) give you more details about how you've been meeting daily goals with your diet as well as detailing your activity.

When you are viewing the Chart, Month or Summary pages, simply press the center/Action button (or tap the screen on touch-screen devices) to rotate between the different views.
Want to save the images or email them to yourself or a friend? Use Menu > Image to save/send the images!
Within the Chart view, using left/right will change the information displayed. You may also use the Menu options to change display settings.
Within the Month View, see the Menu options to change the icon displayed if you wish. You can choose between Mood, Weight Trend, Size Trend or Activity (indicates that you have activity/exercise recorded for those days)
In the Summary view (shown below), you may use left/right to change between Weight, Size and Goals.

Once you're ready to start recording your own information into iFitOne, you'll likely want to delete all of the sample data.
- Use Menu > Options > "Delete All Data" to clear out the sample data.
- Use Menu > Options > My Profile to adjust your start and goal dates.
