Will iFitOne work on my Pocket PC or Smartphone?
If you're using a Windows Mobile 5 or later Pocket PC or Smartphone (Including Windows Mobile 6 Classic, Professional and Standard), Yes!
iFitOne offers complete compatibility and optimizations for all Windows Mobile 5 AND Windows Mobile 6 devices, including all touch-screen and non-touch screen devices.
Unsure of which version of Windows Mobile you have? On a Pocket PC (touch screen based Windows Mobile device), go to Start > Settings > System Tab > About. On a Smartphone (Without a touch-screen), go to Start > Settings > About. You will see something like "Microsoft Windows Mobile Version 5.0" or "Windows Mobile 6" if your device is compatible.
Will iFitOne work on Windows Mobile 6?
Yes, we have worked to make sure that Agenda One is fully compatible with Windows Mobile 6 and the latest Windows Mobile 6.1 and now Windows Mobile 6.5 (aka Windows Phone) (at the time of this writing).
What is the fastest and easiest way to apply updates to iFitOne?
Do it quickly and right from your mobile device! If you have registered your copy of iFitOne, you may use this option:
Go to Menu > Options > All Options > About. Select Menu > Check for Updates and iFitOne will check for the latest published version. If it's newer than the version you currently have installed, you will be asked if you would like to download it. Once the download has completed, you will be prompted to install the update.
Note: If the latest published version is the next major version of the product (i.e. you have Version 1.2 and the latest is Version 2.0, you will be alerted that you may need to purchase an upgrade registration to unlock the new version.) Registration codes are valid for any updates within the major version of the product you have purchased.
I'm unsure of what to enter for 'size' in my profile or the daily log screens, what should I put there?
Size is just about anything you want it to be.
Pick something that you are most comfortable measuring and that you will commit to measuring once a week.
An easy size is to go by your pants size. One day you fit just fine into a 38, great! Record 38 in your daily log. Pants feeling a little too tight today? You enter 39. Been doing a great job? Can you take your pants off without unbuttoning them? (That's a great feeling on the way to losing weight!), enter a 36, or try on a pair of your smaller pants and see how they fit.
This doesn't have to be an inches/cm sizing either. For women, entering pants sizes like 6/8/10/12, etc works just as good. It's up to you what measurement you track (and seeing it go down) will motivate you the most!
Other ideas (I've tried this one): Back when I was a lot heavier, I decided I would wear the same belt every single day. As I lost weight, I eventually ran out of holes and had to punch a new one every so often (A feeling of real success!). Go buy a belt that's a little snug, where you have to use the last hole on the belt. For the number of the remaining ones, set that as your current 'size'. Set your goal size to '0'. That way, you're working to eventually run out of holes on your belt and by then you've likely trimmed down quite a bit!
I have a goal for water set to 10 a day, what if I have more than that? How is that counted in the summary for 'goals met'?
If you exceed the value/count/servings of a goal for which you have "have at least" that many each day, anything over the goal value is not considered in the summary view where your goals met % is displayed. Why? Well, if your goal is 10 glasses of water a day, having 20 on one day doesn't make up for having 0 the next. The goals report gives you an average of how you're doing on a daily basis of meeting your goals.
How do I export all of my iFitOne information?
Go to Menu > Options > 'Export My Data'. You will be prompted to confirm the export.
Once the export has completed, you will find a CSV (comma separated value) file located in your \My Documents folder with a name of iFitOne_<date>.csv.
Copy the export file to your PC.
If you're using Excel, open Excel and select File > Open. Choose to list files including *.csv files. Once you pick the file, you will be asked how you want to import it. Selecting comma separated values should be the only option you need to select/change. For each day that you have logged information in iFitOne, you will find a row of data including date, weight, size, mood, diet goals, notes and exercises/activities.
Can I keep my iFitOne data on a storage card?
No. iFitOne keeps all of your daily logs (very small files) and options settings in the \My Documents\iFitOne folder in main memory. Why? If you have file synchronization enabled, this gives you an automatic backup of all of your iFitOne data to your PC that you synchronize with.
I would like to get a better feel of how iFitOne works before I start using it. Tell me how.
There's no better way to see how it can work for you than by installing the iFitOne sample data! You'll get an instant overview of how iFitOne will look and work. See the Chart, Month and Summary pages filled out, experiment with entering and changing daily log records, it's easy!

How can I backup my iFitOne settings and data?
iFitOne stores all of your options and daily logs in your "My Documents" folder in main memory on your device. This is typically found in \My Documents\iFitOne.
The easiest way to backup all data if you're not synchronizing your documents folder is to copy the entire iFitOne folder from \My Documents\iFitOne to your desktop PC using ActiveSync (or Mobile Device Center), or duplicating the folder on a storage card for backup.
I've backed up my iFitOne settings and log files and re-installed iFitOne on a new device, how can I restore my settings?
If you have backed up your data (see item above), copy the files that you backed up the \My Documents\iFitOne folder on your device. If there is a more recent version available since you last backed up your settings, install the latest version. All of your data will be shown when you start iFitOne on your new device.
