• Our president John went on a trip one day after getting his new Samsung i-320.  Left it in a cab the very next day...
• John forgot about his Pocket PC in his back pocket until he heard the sound of a crunching screen...
• John was riding his bike, trying to take some pictures while going at a relatively high-speed, hit one small bump and his Smartphone went for a nice ride on the pavement (John takes special pride in all of the scratches, dents and marks on his mobile devices.  He says it's like a nice old pair of jeans, it just feels right and is a great sign that you're really using the device)
