Download customized card form layouts for use with CodeWallet Pro 6 and 5 for Windows Mobile Pocket PCs and Windows 2000/XP/Vista.
Using customized forms to help you organize your information is now easier than ever.
Download one or more of the files below.
Start up CodeWallet Pro and open the wallet that you would like to import these card forms into.
Select your "My Forms" templates folder and from the menu select "Import".
(On the desktop you can right/click and select Import)
The import option is not available on the Smartphone edition, however any forms imported into your wallets that are synchronized to the Smartphone version will have these forms available for use within the wallet.
You will be prompted to select which form you would like to import into your wallet.
Note: On the Pocket PC, form files will only be listed if they are in one of your "My Documents" folders (either in main memory, on a storage card or within the built-in flash memory)
Select the item and you'll be given a chance to view the description of the form as well as the author's name and when it was created. Respond "Yes" to add the form to your "My Forms" folder.
That's it! You can now use the new forms as a template for any new card you add to your wallet.
You may also easily modify the forms to meet your specific need using the Pocket PC, Smartphone or Desktop edition of CodeWallet Pro.
If you're using CodeWallet Pro 5/6 for the Desktop, you can now easily preview these forms to see what fields are included by simply clicking the download link and opening it! We've given you the ability to preview the forms before creating a new card so you know exactly what type of information fields the forms contain.
