Drawing starts on 6 November 2006, at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Standard Time (CST) and ends on 1 December 2006 at 11:59:59 p.m. (CST) ("Promotional Period"). DRAWING Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 4 December 2006, from all eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to abide by and be bound by the official rules and the decisions of the Developer One in picking the winners.
