Your Pocket PC Phone Edition call log is now available directly from the Agenda Fusion Contacts view!

True convenience for on-the-go sales people to see the history of calls with their contacts. 

A highly requested feature was to deliver a simple and effective way of viewing the call log of a specific contact without having to sort through the rudimentary call log that is included in phone enabled Pocket PCs. 

The Agenda Fusion Contacts viewer now integrates the display of call log information on phone enabled Pocket PCs for any contact that has a call record stored in the Pocket PC’s call log.  

Call history is displayed along with a roll-up of the incoming and outgoing call times.

Common among many feature requests for both professional and personal use is having an at-a-glance view of upcoming birthdays for business associates, clients, family and friends.

On the surface, the ideas of birthdays, anniversaries within the context of a time management solution might seem less than important.

But as you already know, the business of staying in touch with your contacts, dropping friendly reminders and greetings is very important to maintaining strong relationships.

For the solo business owner that lacks a secretary to handle this task, it’s something that is easily pushed aside amidst many other pressing issues. It becomes even more important that Agenda Fusion further help users stay in touch with their contacts by presenting them with an easy to view upcoming schedule of contact birthdays and anniversaries, and to do it without any additional effort.

Integration of Contact Birthdays/Anniversaries is yet another way in which Agenda Fusion will help you accomplish more by taking advantage of the information that you already have, and presenting it in more useful ways.

Within the Agenda Fusion Contacts view, the Birthday and Anniversary display mode joins the many other ways users can already organize their contacts (by name, category and company.)

Tip: To view upcoming Birthdays and Anniversaries simply click on the Contact View grouping button as shown in the image to the left. You will see the new options of sort "By Anniversary" / "By Birthday".  These views will display your important dates arranged by next 7 days, next 30 days, next 90 days, and those events coming further in the future.

With new Dual Reminders, Agenda Fusion addresses one of the most frequently requested features!

The way in which most calendar management software works for managing your appointments and reminders is that you create your appointment and set an option to be reminded a specific number of minutes or days before the appointment occurs. This is rarely as useful as it could be.

The idea behind Dual Reminders is to give you the opportunity to not only set a reminder, say 30 minutes before an important meeting, but to make it nearly effortless to set up another reminder (also displayed with a distinctive icon) on the night before, or two days before (or whenever you wish).

This feature was born from the suggestions of frequent fliers that desired to have an early reminder a day or two before their scheduled flight to insure they prepare and arrange the necessary information for their business trips.

There is simply no way to efficiently do this with any other calendaring solution, other than to create another similar appointment reminder at the time you wish to be reminded.

With Dual Reminders we’ve added an extremely valuable feature that fits a common need and requires very little effort to take advantage of.

This feature is also ideal for those that would like to have a reminder at say 7:00 p.m. the night before an appointment.   A few simple taps and the secondary reminder will be created.

The process is outlined in greater detail below.

Agenda Fusion makes the Dual Reminder feature easy to use from within the context of creating a new appointment or editing an existing one.

Simply choose to set the secondary reminder (tap the Bell icon with the "2" in it in the toolbar) and specify a number of days or time before the appointment. The chosen time is also remembered to be reused the next time you create a secondary reminder.

Tip: Tap on the blue alarm/bell icon next to the Tool menu to bring up the Dual Alarm Editor shown in the image below.
